The Delaney® at The Vale is the only residential memory care community in Woburn, MA, to feature the renowned Heartfelt Connections – A Memory Care Program® for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. Using this person-centered philosophy to cognitive impairment, our specially trained team employs reminiscence tools to help residents’ family members and loved ones capture the details of residents’ lives – their careers, hobbies, likes, and dislikes.
We then apply the insights from each life story to create an individualized care plan that promotes physical and emotional well-being, prolongs daily functioning, and maintains a sense of purpose, satisfaction, and quality of life.
Courteous Assistance
We encourage and celebrate the abilities that remain with the individual, but, of course, our licensed professionals are always here to help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) based on your loved one’s specific needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
