We’re the only memory care community in Woburn, Massachusetts, to offer the renowned, Heartfelt Connections – A Memory Care Program®. Designed specifically for those living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, this person-centered approach focuses on maintaining quality of life and meaningful connections.
Our specially trained team uses reminiscence tools to preserve cherished memories and create a personalized plan of memory care services, tailored to each resident’s history, preferences, and level of care needed.
