Art in the Afternoon

The Delaney® at The Vale 300 Began Way | Woburn  | Jun 17, 2024 | 3:30pm

In Partnership With the Rose Art Museum

The Delaney® at The Vale is proud to host the Rose Art Museum’s satellite program, “Homemaking: Queer Domesticity and Belonging,” focusing on artists exploring queerness and space-making.

The presentation will be led by Assistant Director of Programs and Community Engagement Madeleine Day Delpha, and Education Coordinator Yasmine Vera. Attendees can expect a presentation and a robust discussion that contextualizes artworks through art historical research as well as audience insights.

Afterward, enjoy a light reception where you’ll chat with residents and staff and learn more about our community.

This presentation will be offered at The Delaney at The Vale while the museum is closed during the summer. The Rose Art Museum will reopen on Wednesday, September 18.

Admission to the museum is always free. You can learn more about the Rose at brandeis.edu/rose.
